I can't believe that it has been so long. The past month has been rough -- sick kids, personal stuff, etc., so I haven't made it to the gym. I finally made it on Thursday. I still haven't progressed past week two of the Couch to 5K training schedule. But I don't want to move past that since my workouts have been sporadic. So, I am still doing the run for 90 seconds, walk for 2 minutes. Although, I did jog for 2 minutes at one stint, and I did fine.
I am determined to make it to the gym twice this coming week. I am going to finally move up to week 3 on the training program. Although I haven't lost a lot of weight, my pants do fit better. I know I will feel better the more I do it. I just have to keep it up!
